This Professional Series 60x45 cm combi–steam oven offers 7 functions and a 31 L stainless steel cavity, combining traditional cooking with flexible steam options. Steam Assist provides three steam intensity levels, while Total Steam uses pure vapour for fast cooking. Control is via knobs and a clear TFT display, with a soft–opening door, metal handle and removable water tank. It is available in stainless steel with solid metal knobs or in Carbonio with metal knobs and handle in titanium finish.
