Cancellation Rights

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke appliances, special orders, and personalised configurations cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Reporting Delivery Damage

Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage where possible.

Upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Installed Items

Installed appliances and items damaged through improper installation cannot be returned. We strongly recommend professional installation of all appliances.

Trade Customers

Business customers do not benefit from standard consumer cancellation rights. Returns are accepted at our discretion and restocking charges may apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
