9. Faulty Goods & Warranty

• We will assist with manufacturer liaison but are not responsible for individual warranty terms.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered.
• We recommend professional installation of all appliances.

10. Trade Customers

For business purchases, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Returns are accepted at our discretion and restocking charges may apply. Separate trade terms are available by agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law does not permit excluding. We are not liable for:

• Lost profit, business, or revenue
• Losses arising from incorrect installation or product misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
