These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.woodalls.co.uk) and the purchase of goods from Woodalls Refrigeration Ltd. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

4. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we accept your order and issue a written order confirmation, typically via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for:
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to order confirmation.
- Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lead times depend on make, model, and manufacturer availability and will be confirmed at time of order.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including manufacturer lead times or third-party courier delays.
- Standard London delivery is free of charge to a ground floor address only. Delivery to upper floors is available where a suitable service lift is in place; please confirm at the time of ordering. Additional charges may apply for upper-floor or non-standard access deliveries.
- Some manufacturers apply their own standard delivery charges for certain products. Where applicable, these will be clearly confirmed in your quotation prior to order.
- UK mainland delivery outside London is available for an additional charge, arranged via the manufacturer or a third-party courier. Charges will be confirmed at time of quotation.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
- You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours.

9. Faulty Goods & Warranty
- All products are supplied with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are preserved.
- Fault remedies include repair, replacement, or refund.
- We will assist with manufacturer liaison but are not responsible for individual warranty terms.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered under warranty.
- We strongly recommend professional installation of all appliances by a qualified installer.
Installation Disclaimer: Woodalls does not provide installation services. Where we recommend third-party fitters as a convenience, we do so without warranty or liability. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the installation of appliances, whether carried out by a fitter we have recommended or any other party. All payments for installation are made directly between the customer and the installer. Any disputes or claims relating to installation must be directed to the installer.
10. Trade Customers
For business purchases, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Returns are accepted at our discretion and restocking charges may apply. Separate trade terms are available by agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law does not permit excluding. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Lost profit, business, or revenue
- Losses arising from incorrect installation or product misuse
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
12. Website Accuracy & Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the product. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Woodalls and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
14. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption. All payment data transmitted via our checkout is fully encrypted and secure. We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant providers.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, transport failures, or acts of God.
17. International Orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
