This Bertazzoni Heritage Series 60cm built–in electric oven has a best–in–class cavity capacity of 76 litres. With 9 functions it is ideal for mid– to low–temperature cooking, such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles. Non–convection and fan–assisted modes support cakes, roasting and baking, while the infrared grill provides powerful searing. Metal knobs, an analogue thermometer and a soft opening, double–glazed door complete the design.
