There are 11 functions, including bake, bottom bake, clean, convection, convection bake, convection grill, fast preheat, grill, special functions and turbo, plus auto cooking modes with Bertazzoni Assistant.

It is described as ideal for mid-to-low temperature cooking such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles. Non-convection mode is excellent for baking cakes.

The fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover.

The door is soft open-and-close, fitted with soft-motion hinges and a smart glass-finish handle. It is triple-glazed for safety and energy efficiency.

The oven uses a hydro cleaning system and has a cavity finished in pyrolytic grey enamel. The inner glass is removable.
