Cooking modes include bake, Bertazzoni Assistant, bottom bake, clean, convection, convection bake, convection grill, fast preheat, grill, special functions, total steam and turbo. Special functions are eco, defrost, keep warm, dehydrate, proofing and sabbath.

The Air-Frying programme is described as ensuring healthier cooking by using less oil while still delivering perfect crispiness and consistency.

The oven features hydro cleaning using a steam function and pyrolytic cleaning with an Eco function. Pyrolytic cleaning is based on high-temperature cleaning and sterilising without detergents to leave the oven sparkling clean and hygienic.

The door has soft-motion hinges for soft open-and-close operation, a metal or metal titanium handle, and quadruple-glazed cool touch glass designed for safety and efficiency. The inner glass is removable.
