Available cooking modes are bake, Bertazzoni Assistant, bottom bake, clean, convection, convection bake, convection grill, fast preheat, grill, special functions, total steam and turbo. Special functions include eco, defrost, keep warm, dehydrate, proofing and sabbath.

The total steam function uses water vapour to seal in flavour, nutrients, vitamins and minerals, making cooking vegetables, fish and meats quick and efficient. A removable water tank lets you remove and refill it without interrupting the cooking programme.

The oven offers hydro cleaning using the steam function and pyrolytic cleaning with an Eco function. Pyrolytic cleaning is based on high-temperature cleaning and sterilising without detergents, leaving the oven sparkling clean and hygienic. The cavity has a pyrolytic grey enamel finish and removable inner glass.
