The Bertazzoni Modern Series 60cm built-in electric oven combines a 76 litre best-in-class cavity with pyrolytic self-cleaning and 11 functions. It is designed for mid-to low-temperature cooking, baking and slow-cooked recipes such as casseroles. An Air-Frying programme supports healthier cooking using less oil while maintaining crispness and consistency. Touch controls with TFT display, fan-assisted modes, and a soft open-and-close quadruple-glazed door provide flexible, efficient and hygienic oven use.
