The Bertazzoni Professional Series 60cm built-in electric oven with pyrolytic self-cleaning offers a best-in-class 76 litre cavity. With 11 functions, it is suitable for mid-to-low-temperature cooking, baking and slow-cooked recipes such as casseroles. Non-convection mode is designed for baking cakes, while fan-assisted mode distributes heat evenly on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. A TFT display, metal or metal titanium knobs and cool-touch quadruple-glazed door support easy, safe use.
