This Bertazzoni Professional Series 75 cm gas hob is finished in stainless steel with a low edge design. It offers five brass burners, including a central 4 kW wok ring for versatile cooking. Accurate metal control knobs and cast iron pan supports provide simple, precise and secure use. The hob features ignition and a flame failure device, and is available in stainless steel and black enamel.
