The hob has 4 induction zones. The front left and back left zones each measure 190 × 210 mm, the centre zone has a 260 mm diameter and the front right zone has a 145 mm diameter.

What automatic cooking programmes are available?

The Bertazzoni Assistant offers five automatic programmes: Temperature Holding, Water Boiling, Pasta, Steaming and Frying. Each programme uses sensors to monitor cookware temperature and automatically adjust power.

What is the maximum power output of the hob?

The hob has a maximum output of 3.7 kW in boost mode, ensuring shorter boiling times and higher cooking temperatures. The total absorbed power is 7400 W.

Does the hob support larger cookware such as griddles?

Yes. The Multi–zone function allows you to combine multiple cooking zones into one larger area, making it possible to use oversized pots, pans or griddles.

What safety and convenience features are included?

The hob includes a child lock, automatic pot detection, timer, pause and recall functions. The inductors are designed for ultra–silent operation and stable temperatures during cooking.

Free delivery to London addresses to ground floor only (service lift access accepted). Some appliances carry standard manufacturer delivery charges — confirmed at time of quotation.
