What type of operation does the BLANCOCULINA-S II Sensor tap offer?

The tap offers both manual and hands-free operation. Hands-free use is enabled by clever dual sensor technology with a wave sensor on the tap body and a sensor on the hose arm.

How does the wave sensor on the tap body work?

You wave at the sensor on the tap body to activate hands-free water operation. Waving at the sensor again stops the water flow.

What happens when I place a saucepan under the hose arm sensor?

When a saucepan is placed under the sensor on the hose arm, the tap automatically fills it with water. The water flow stops automatically when the saucepan is removed.

What water pressure is required for this tap?

The tap requires a balanced high pressure supply only, with a minimum pressure of 1.0 bar.

Is a stabilising bracket included?

A metal stabilising bracket can be fitted if required. It is specified with item number 513383.

What power supply does the sensor system use?

The tap connects to a 230V electrical supply and also includes battery backup with batteries supplied.
