The appliance can wash up to 8 kg of laundry and wash and dry up to 5 kg in one continuous cycle. Load capacity for both functions is specified as 1 – 5 kg for Wash and Dry and 1 – 8 kg for Washing.

The rated programme duration for a full Wash and Dry cycle is 9:20 hours:minutes. The Eco 40–60 washing-only programme has a duration of 3:38 hours:minutes at rated capacity.

Special washing programmes are Drum clean, Super Quick 15, Hygiene Care, Mixed Load, Drain / Spin and rinsing/spinning. Most common washing programmes can also be used as solo-drying or as combined washing and drying programmes.

Standard drying programmes are Cottons and Easy-Care, with special programmes Intensive dry, Low heat and Wash & Dry 60′. Drying options include Iron Dry and Cupboard Dry, and an Autodry function that senses when the load is dried.

ActiveWater Plus provides highly efficient use of water even with smaller loads by using automatic load detection. This adjusts water usage to suit the amount of laundry in the drum.

Safety and protection features include a child lock option, foam detection system and a safeguard monitoring system that adjusts load distribution and programme settings to protect clothes. A buzzer indicates the end of the cycle.
