There are 16 functions: Air fry, Bake, Classic bake, Dehydrate, Fan bake, Fan forced, Fan grill, Grill, Pastry Bake, Pizza bake, Pyrolytic self-clean, Rapid proof, Roast, Slow cook, Vent bake and Warm.

During pyrolytic self-clean, the oven heats to a very high temperature to break down food residue into a light ash. Once cooled, the ash can be wiped away with a damp cloth. The enamel coated side racks remain in place and do not need to be removed.

Safety features include a CoolTouch door, balanced oven door, control panel key lock, non-tip shelves, catalytic venting system and a safety thermostat. Sturdy, fully extendable shelves reduce the need to reach into the cavity.

Yes. The large 5' intuitive touchscreen offers guided cooking by food type and recipes. You can select a cooking method or hero ingredient and the oven suggests suitable heat type and temperature settings.

Included accessories are one set of full extension sliding shelves, one set of grill rack, pyrolytic proof shelf runners, one roasting dish, one smokeless grill tray, one step down wire shelf and one wired temperature sensor. A Wireless Temperature Sensor accessory is available separately.
