What type of cookware can be used on the CI292112?

The cooktop operates with magnetic (induction) iron pots and pans only. For optimal heat distribution, the use of sandwich bottom cookware is recommended. The wok pan WP 400 001 cannot be used with this appliance.

How many flex induction cooking areas does the cooktop have?

The cooktop has 2 flex induction cooking areas measuring 23×19 cm (2200 W, with booster 3700 W), which can be linked together to form 23×38 cm (3300 W, with booster 3700 W). This configuration is repeated, providing a total of 4 rectangular areas in two flex zones, plus a central round zone.

What safety features are included?

Safety features include a main switch, operation indicator, pot detection, a 2 stage Hh residual heat indicator for each zone, child lock and safety shut-off.

Does the cooktop support Home Connect?

Yes. The CI292112 has an integrated WiFi module for selected digital services (Home Connect), including cooktop-based ventilation control with a suitable hood, remote monitoring and remote diagnostics. Availability of Home Connect Services depends on the country.

What timers and convenience functions are available?

The cooktop offers a cooking timer for up to 99 minutes, a short-term timer, a stopwatch and a keep warm function. It also provides booster functions for pots and pans, an options menu and power management.
