The oven operation includes nine heating methods: hot air (30 °C to 230 °C), grill + circulated air (30 °C to 230 °C), warming beverages with maximum microwave level, warming meals (360 W to 600 W), dehydrating (30 °C to 80 °C), low temperature cooking (30 °C to 90 °C) with microwave, dough proving (30 °C to 50 °C), keeping warm with a special microwave level and defrosting (90 W to 360 W).

Yes. Hot air and grill + circulated air can be freely combined with microwave output levels of 450, 360, 180 and 90 W, allowing you to benefit from both technologies in a single programme.

The appliance is supplied with 1 x glass tray and 1 x wire rack. Optional accessories include a glass tray 60cm (BA046118), a core temperature probe (BA010050), a wire rack for 60cm oven (BA036106) and an adjustable intermediate shelf 30''_76cm (GA301010).

Safety features include a child lock to prevent accidental switch–on or operation, an electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, safety shut–off, a thermally insulated door with triple glazing and a cooled housing with temperature protection.

The appliance can be installed underneath a worktop if proper ventilation is provided behind it. For installation underneath cooktops, there must be at least 15 mm between the underside of the cooktop and the top edge of the oven housing, and the planning notes for the cooktop, including ventilation and gas/electric connection, must be observed.

Selected digital services via Gaggenau Home Connect enable remote control and monitoring, software updates, cooking time estimation when using the core temperature probe and door opening via a voice assistant.
