Cooking programmes and handling

The oven offers 15 heating methods, including hot air plus, hot air eco, top + bottom heat, top heat, bottom heat, hot air + bottom heat, moist baking, grill + circulated air, grill, baking stone function, roaster function, air frying, dehydrating, dough proving and defrosting. Automatic programmes and setting recommendations support precise results, and up to 30 favourites can be stored for quick access.

Operation is via a full touch display with stainless steel control ring and haptic feedback. User detection with adjustable distance triggers light and display response. Info texts and animated quick guides assist appliance operation, while precise temperature control with display of the current temperature and rapid heating help streamline cooking.

Cleaning and maintenance

The pyrolytic self-cleaning system enables high-efficiency cleaning in less than 4 hours. Pyrolysis is supported by a heated air cleaning catalyser to minimise odour development. Side shelf supports are enamelled and pyrolysis-safe, and the seamless cooking compartment is designed without obstructive elements to simplify cleaning.

Safety and protection

Safety features include a child lock to prevent accidental switch-on or operation, an electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, and a safety shut-off. The door is thermally insulated with quintuple glazing, and the housing is cooled with temperature protection to support safe use.

Installation notes

• Plan the installation niche without a back wall.
• Door hinge is not reversible; consider the right-hand side-opening design in planning.
• For corner solutions, allow sufficient distance to the wall for the side-opening door.
• When installing underneath cooktops, maintain a minimum distance of 15 mm between the underside of the cooktop and the top edge of the oven housing and consider cooktop ventilation and connection requirements.
• The mains socket must be accessible and located outside the built-in niche.
