The warming drawer has a net volume of 52 litres and can hold a dinner service for 12 people, including ø 27 cm plates and soup bowls, additional bowls and a serving dish depending on size. The maximum load is 25 kg.

It provides direct temperature selection in the range 30°C to 80°C, allowing precise control for warming, keeping meals warm and low-temperature cooking.

The drawer can preheat small beverage containers, warm ovenware, keep meals warm and perform low-temperature cooking. It also supports direct temperature control and is suitable for dough proving, drying herbs and fruits, melting chocolate and defrosting.

The warming drawer is supplied with 1 x grid. This additional grid creates a second level and extends storage space inside the drawer.

Operation is via touch keys with direct temperature control. The status display is visible in the glass front, and selected digital services via Gaggenau Home Connect provide remote control, monitoring, additional programmes, recipes and a timing function.
