Handling and operation

The appliance features opening assist for the door and a cushioned door closing system. User guidance is provided through light and display response to drawer interaction, with automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient illumination. A hidden touch display is used for control.

Freezing and storage

The freezer uses dynamic cold air distribution and no-frost technology with fast freezing at −30 °C. It offers freezer burn protection and oxidation protection. The temperature can be adjusted between −16 °C and −24 °C, with a freezing capacity of 29 kg / 24 h and a storage time after a malfunction of 21 h.

Three aluminium-framed safety glass shelves are individually adjustable in height. A hidden rail system allows flexible positioning of shelves and door racks, and there are three height-adjustable door racks. Three fully extendable drawers with a cushioned closing system provide easy access to frozen goods.

Ice maker use

The ice maker is hidden in one drawer to optimise usable space and is connected via a fixed water inlet. It can be switched off when not needed. Ice cube production is approximately 2.4 kg / 24 h, with a removable ice storage container offering approximately 3 kg capacity. An integrated, easily accessible ice cube scoop is provided.

A particle filter for the water inlet is integrated in the ventilation grille area, with a saturation indicator shown on the touch display.

Rest mode and safety

Rest mode is certified by Star-K. When rest mode is active, the appliance can only be opened using a handle. The unit is equipped with open-door and malfunction alarms.

Planning and installation notes

• Flat hinge with left door hinge; the hinge is reversible.
• Door opening angle of 115°, fixable at 90°.
• Maximum door panel weight is 38 kg.
• Shut-off valve for the water connection must be planned next to the appliance and always be accessible.
• If water pressure exceeds 0.8 MPa (8 bar), a pressure relief valve must be connected between the water tap and hose set.
• Water inlet uses a 1.8 m supply hose with 3/4' connection; water pressure must be between 2 bar and 8 bar.
• Total connected load is 0.300 KW and the connecting cable is 3.0 m, pluggable.
• In side-by-side installations with RVC models, drawers are at the same height so glass shelves and door racks can be aligned on the same level.
