Can the DAC 2940 Stella be used in both extraction and recirculation modes?

The ceiling extractor can be retrofitted and offers an exhaust air connection as well as a Plug&Play air outlet spigot for recirculation and ducted recirculation modes. An active charcoal filter DKF 35-P (ordered separately) is used for recirculation.

What filters are included and how are they maintained?

The unit includes four 10-ply stainless steel grease filters, which are dishwasher-safe. It has a grease filter saturation indicator and an active charcoal filter saturation indicator to show when filters require attention.

What are the minimum installation heights above the hob?

The minimum height above electric hobs is 450 mm. The minimum safety distance above gas hobs, with a maximum total power of 12.6 kW and individual burners ≤ 4.5 kW, is 650 mm.

Does the DAC 2940 Stella have a run-on function?

Yes. The extractor offers a run-on time of 5/15 minutes, allowing it to continue operating after cooking has finished.

What accessories are supplied with the extractor?

Accessories included are a non-return flap, an adapter to reduce ducting diameter from 150 mm to 125 mm Ø, and a remote control. The active charcoal filter DKF 35-P is ordered separately.
