The Miele DG 7140 is a built–in steam oven in the ContourLine design. It is intended for healthy cooking and features automatic programmes and networking capabilities.

It offers steam cooking, Eco steam cooking, defrosting, reheat, automatic programmes and special applications. Menu cooking with steam and keeping warm are also available.

Yes. The DG 7140 allows steam cooking on up to 3 levels at the same time and supports quantity–independent cooking, along with menu cooking without transfer of taste.

Yes. The appliance is a network–enabled WiFi appliance and supports networking with Miele@home.

The steam oven features a stainless–steel oven compartment with linen structure, external steam generator, floor heater for condensate reduction, quick–release and removable stainless–steel side racks, a descaling function and a CleanGlass door to support cleaning and care.

Safety features include an appliance cooling system with touch–cool front, vapour cooling system, safety switch–off, system lock and sensor lock.
