The appliance provides steam cooking, Eco steam cooking, defrosting, reheat, automatic programmes and special applications. It also supports menu cooking with steam and keeping warm.

Can I cook different dishes at the same time without flavours mixing?

Yes. The DG 7240 supports menu cooking without transfer of taste and allows steam cooking on up to three levels at the same time, enabling preparation of a complete meal.

Is the DG 7240 network-enabled?

Yes. It is a network-enabled WiFi appliance and can be used with Miele@home.

What is the oven capacity and temperature range?

The oven compartment volume is 40 l. Electronic steam oven temperature regulation ranges from 40 °C to 100 °C.

How easy is it to clean the DG 7240?

Cleaning is aided by the stainless steel/CleanSteel finish, stainless-steel oven compartment with linen structure, CleanGlass door and quick-release, removable stainless-steel side racks. A descaling function and descaling tablets are also included.

Free delivery to London addresses to ground floor only (service lift access accepted). Some appliances carry standard manufacturer delivery charges — confirmed at time of quotation.
