The DO 7860 provides a wide choice of operating modes, including Fan plus, Conventional heat, Moisture plus (alone or combined with Conventional heat, Fan plus or Intensive bake), M Chef Menu, M Chef combined with Fan plus, Conventional heat, Intensive bake, Moisture plus, Auto roast, Fan grill and Full grill. Additional modes include extremely gentle defrosting, Intensive bake, Auto roast, Fan grill, Grill, Economy grill, Top heat, Bottom heat, low temperature cooking and Special applications.

Installation notes

Installation drawings specify that there should be no connection in defined rear areas and that a ventilation opening of at least 150 cm² is required. Handle and front panel thickness are indicated as 22 mm for glass and 23.3 mm for metal.
