What is the EVS 7010 designed for?

It is a handleless built-in vacuum drawer, 14 cm high, designed for professional vacuum packing of food, including storage, portioning, marinating and preparing food for sous-vide cooking.

Which types of items can be vacuum sealed?

It can vacuum seal food, liquids, containers and jars, as well as divide food into portions and reseal original packaging.

How is the drawer opened and operated?

The drawer uses a Push2open mechanism for easy opening. It has a control panel with sensor controls and symbols, plus a Stop function for user control.

Can I adjust the vacuum and sealing levels?

Yes. Vacuuming strength is adjustable in steps from 1 to 3 for both internal use and external containers, and sealing duration can be set from 1 to 3. LED indicators show the selected vacuum setting and sealing duration.

What accessories are supplied with the EVS 7010?

It is supplied with one adapter for vacuum-sealing containers, one vacuum sealing bag support, 50 vacuum sealing bags sized 180 x 280 mm and 50 vacuum sealing bags sized 240 x 350 mm.

Are there any specific installation requirements?

Installation details include a ventilation cutout of at least 180 cm², a countertop overhang of ≤ 29 mm and a mains connection cable length of 2000 mm. Additional installation drawing dimensions are provided in the technical information.
