The Miele EVS 7010 is a 14 cm high, handleless built-in vacuum drawer designed for professional vacuum packing of food. It is suitable for storing and portioning food, marinating for intensified flavour and preparing food for sous-vide cooking. With touch controls, a Push2open mechanism and fully telescopic runners, it combines convenient operation with a stainless-steel vacuum chamber in an Obsidian black, built-in design.
