Cooking programmes and functions

The oven provides 15 heating methods: CircoTherm®, top/bottom heat, Circo-roasting, full surface grill, centre surface grill, CircoTherm® intensive, bread baking, bottom heat, low temperature cooking, dough proving, plate warming, keep warm, CircoTherm® gentle, conventional heat gentle and Air fry. Additional listed methods include Hot Air, Hotair gentle, hot air grilling, pizza setting, half width grill, full width grill, pre-heating and warming.

Control, display and smart features

A 3.7–inch Full Touch TFT display supports intuitive navigation, with electronic clock timer, temperature proposal, actual temperature display and heating up indicator. The appliance is HomeConnect ready on WLAN and offers an Oven Assistant with Voice Control. Favourites can be saved and managed in the app. A start button and door contact switch are also provided.

Door design and handling

The model has a drop down door with SoftClose and soft opening. Heat reflective glass, a triple glazed CoolTouch door and a full glass inner door are included. The damping system cushions the door for gentle opening and closing.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning support includes an EcoClean programme with hydrolytic function, EcoClean Direct on the back panel and EasyClean. The cavity inner surface is enamel anthracite.

Safety and cooling

Safety features comprise a control panel lock, automatic safety switch off and residual heat indicator. A cooling fan and stainless–steel fan are built in. The LED light can be switched on and off.

Shelving and rails

The oven offers 4 shelf positions. Level independent telescopic rails are available as an accessory. Full ext rails (level independent) are listed as optional accessory Z1608BX0.

Installation notes

The required niche size is 585–595 mm (H) x 560–568 mm (W) x 550 mm (D). It is stated that, for details on installation and ventilation requirements, the installation manual should be referred to prior to fitting. The appliance has no plug and requires electrical connection by an electrician.

Where the appliance is installed underneath a hob, minimum worktop thicknesses (including substructure if necessary) must be taken into account, depending on hob type: induction hob 37 mm fitted / 38 mm flush; full surface induction hob 47 mm; gas hob 30 mm; electric hob 27 mm fitted / 30 mm flush.
