Yes, the hood is suitable for ducted extraction and recirculation. For recirculation mode, the optional Long–life Clean Air recirculation kit is needed.

The maximum output air extraction is 399 m³/h, with a boost position air extraction of 699 m³/h. In recirculation mode with the Long–life Clean Air kit, the maximum output is 410 m³/h and 677 m³/h in boost.

In exhaust mode the noise level is 43 dB(A) re 1pW on Speed 1, 51 dB(A) on Speed 2, 56 dB(A) on Speed 3 and 68 dB(A) on Intensive 1. With the recirculation kit, noise ranges from 50 dB(A) on Speed 1 to 73 dB(A) on Intensive 1.

The hood supports Home Connect, allowing operation, monitoring and preference setting via smartphone or tablet in countries where the service is available. It is also voice control enabled via popular voice assistants where this service is available.

The hood has easy–to–clean smooth surfaces and coated areas for reduced fingerprint sensitivity. The metal grease filters are dishwasher–safe. For the optional Long–life Clean Air odour filter, the lifetime can be extended by refreshing the filter in the oven.

The minimum distance above an electric hob is 550 mm and above a gas hob is 650 mm.
