Can this downdraft hood be used with gas hobs?

No. This downdraft hood is not suitable for combination with gas hobs.

Is the hood suitable for both ducted extraction and recirculation?

Yes. The appliance is suitable for ducted extraction and recirculation. For recirculated extraction, a Clean Air Plus recirculation kit is needed, available as an accessory.

How do I clean the grease filters?

The hood has two metal grease filter cassettes made from washable stainless steel. A simple push of a button is enough to remove the easy access filter for a wash in the dishwasher. The filter service button automatically lifts filters into service position for easy removal.

What are the maximum extraction rates and noise levels?

In exhaust air mode, the maximum extraction rate is 501 m³/h in normal use and 775 m³/h in intensive mode. The noise level at max normal use exhaust air is 62 dB(A) re 1 pW, and 70 dB(A) re 1 pW in intensive mode. With the Clean Air Plus recirculation kit, recirculation reaches up to 416 m³/h (max normal use) and 525 m³/h (intensive), with noise levels of 65 dB(A) and 70 dB(A) re 1 pW respectively.

Does the hood support smart control and voice control?

Yes. The hood offers Remote Monitoring and Control via compatible smartphone or tablet where Home Connect service is available. Voice Control is enabled via popular voice assistants in countries where this service is supported. Interval and silence functions are available via Home Connect.
