How many burners does the hob have?

The hob has 5 burners: an economy burner, two standard burners, one high speed burner and a centre front wok burner.

What is the power of the wok burner?

The centre front wok burner provides power up to 4 kW, depending on the gas type used.

Can the pan supports be cleaned in a dishwasher?

Yes. The black cast iron pan supports are described as dishwasher suitable for easy cleaning.

How is the flame ignited?

Ignition is via the control dials. You just push and turn the dials to ignite the flame.

What safety feature does the hob include for gas flow?

The hob has a flame failure safety device, also referred to as gas safety cut–off, which helps prevent unwanted gas flow when the flame goes out.

Is the hob suitable for different gas types?

Yes. It is usable with various natural gas and liquid gas types and is factory set for mains gas. A nozzle set for LPG jets (28–30/37 mbar) is included, and other nozzles can be ordered via customer service.
