What filters does the hood use and how are they maintained?

The hood is supplied with 3 aluminium anti-grease filters. A filter replacement indicator and warning light advise when filters need changing. Regenerable charcoal filters (KITFCKBTR) can be washed in the dishwasher up to 12 times and dried in the oven at max 90° for 60 minutes.

What are the minimum installation distances above the hob?

The minimum distance is 650 mm from a gas hob and 500 mm from an electric hob.

The KBT900XE is a 90 cm T flat chimney cooker hood in brushed stainless steel, suitable for ducted out or re-circulation installation.
