Which cleaning system does this oven use?

This model uses a pyrolytic cleaning system. Pyrolytic cleaning cycles can be selected as necessary to automatically clean the oven interior, assisted by the easy clean enamel cavity and all glass inner door.

There are 10 traditional cooking functions: Static, Fan assisted, Circulaire, Turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan), ECO, Large grill, Fan grill (large), Base, Circulaire + bottom and Pizza. Additional functions include Defrost by time, Proving, Stone cooking, BBQ, Air–Fry, Sabbath, Keep warm and Rapid preheat.

What is the temperature range of the oven?

The oven operates from a minimum temperature of 25 °C up to a maximum temperature of 280 °C. Electronic temperature control maintains the temperature with a precision of 2–3 °C, suitable for sensitive dishes such as cakes and soufflés.

Does the oven have child safety features?

Yes. The oven includes a controls lock / child safety function, which locks the programme or cycle so it cannot be accidentally changed.

Which accessories are supplied and which are compatible?

Supplied accessories are 2 chrome shelves, an enamelled tray (20 mm), an extra deep enamelled tray (40 mm), a grill mesh and partial telescopic guide rails (1 level). Compatible accessories include the AIRFRY9 air fryer rack, BBQ9 grid, GTP and GTT telescopic guides and the STONE9 rectangular pizza stone.
