It is a 45 cm compact electric combi steam oven with Steam100 Pro Galileo cavity. It can be used as a steam oven, as a traditional oven, or with combination steam functions and steam assist.

The stated capacity is 72 litres, and the net volume of the cavity is 41 litres. Capacity indicates the amount of usable space in the oven cavity in litres.

The water loading and unloading tube can be easily removed from the oven so water can be refilled at any time during the cooking cycle without opening the door, guaranteeing an infinite duration of steam. The tank capacity is 2 litres.

It has a Vapor Clean steam cleaning function to loosen deposits, an easy clean enamel interior with antacid lining, an all-glass inner door with a flat surface, and removable inner door glass. A tank cleaning function is suggested roughly every 2–3 months, and a descaling function removes limestone deposits when signalled by the oven.

The oven operates from a minimum of 25 °C to a maximum of 250 °C. Electronic temperature control maintains the temperature inside the oven with a precision of 2–3 °C, suitable for sensitive dishes such as cakes, soufflés and puddings.

Supplied accessories are one chrome shelf, one enamelled deep tray (50 mm), one grill mesh, one stainless steel tray (20 mm), one stainless steel perforated deep tray (40 mm), one set of total extraction telescopic guide rails (1 level) and one multipoint temperature probe.
