The oven has a net cavity volume of 40 litres. The usable space inside measures approximately 212 mm in height, 462 mm in width and 407 mm in depth, with three available cooking levels.

It offers 13 cooking functions, including traditional modes such as static, fan assisted, Circulaire, Turbo, ECO, large grill, fan grill, base and fan assisted base. It also includes microwave, microwave combined with heating elements and fan, microwave with grill, warming and regeneration, plus defrost by time, defrost by weight, proving and Sabbath functions.

With the Smart Cooking System, you select the kind of food, its weight and the desired cooking temperature. The oven then automatically establishes all other settings, helping to achieve appropriate cooking results. There are 50 automatic programmes and 10 customisable recipes available.

Safety features include a child lock for the controls, an air cooling system to keep surfaces at safe temperatures, triple glazed temperate door, tangential cooling, and automatic suspension of heating and microwave operation when the door is opened. The soft close mechanism also ensures controlled door movement.

The cavity is finished in easy clean enamel with an antacid lining to reduce grease adherence. The Vapor Clean function uses steam to loosen residues, making them easier to remove. The tilting grill can be lowered to give better access to the roof of the oven for cleaning.

As supplied, the oven includes a chrome shelf with back and side stop, a grill mesh, a glass tray and one level of partially extractable telescopic guide rails. Additional compatible accessories such as enamelled trays, extra telescopic guides, pizza shovel, spacer covers and a rectangular pizza stone are available separately.
