The ovens provide ten modes: Bake, Broil, Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Stone and Warm.

How many burners does the rangetop have and what are their outputs?

The rangetop has four dual-stacked burners: one 9,200 Btu, one 15,000 Btu, one 18,000 Btu and one 20,000 Btu burner, plus a 30,000 Btu (26,000 Btu LP) double-wide griddle.

Does the range support low simmering?

Yes. The dual-stacked burners can be lowered to 300 Btu for true simmers and worry-free melts.

Can the ovens be controlled remotely?

Yes. The ovens are Wi-Fi enabled, allowing you to remotely preheat, select modes and adjust oven temperature from a mobile device.

What safety or convenience features are included for the burners?

The gas burners use a spark ignition system that reignites the burner automatically for improved temperature control and safety, and LED backlit knobs show which burners are active.

Is there a self-clean function?

Yes. The oven offers self-clean, as well as delayed start, timed cook and Sabbath features.
