21cm High Warming Drawers

A 21cm high warming drawer provides more usable internal height than the slimmer 14cm and 15cm formats, allowing taller covered dishes and larger serving vessels to be held at temperature. It sits in a one-third-height cabinet position and is a common format for warming drawers positioned beneath a built-in oven in a standard tower unit.

At this height, the drawer can comfortably hold dinner plates stacked two or three high, shallow roasting trays, covered sauce pots, and bread in a wrapped parcel. The additional headroom over slim formats makes it considerably more versatile as a practical entertaining tool.
