The set includes the QVac built-in vacuum unit, 1l and 2l vacuum boxes, a marinate ring, two vacuum closures, vacuum bags in three sizes, freezer stickers, an EU power supply cable (2m), and operating and installation instructions.

The unit offers ultra-rapid marinating, keeps liquids fresh for longer, and features an extendable vacuuming head, a pop-up design with automatic on/off function, three function keys for different vacuuming programmes, and an audiovisual operating concept.

Standard installation is with the connections facing forward. The housing must remain accessible for maintenance work. For thinner worktops a substructure is necessary, and for flush mounting the worktop must be at least 10 mm thick.

The QVac operates with a supply voltage of 100 – 240 V at 50 – 60 Hz and has a maximum power consumption of 24 W. A 2 m EU power supply cable is included, and a 2 m UK power supply cable is available as an accessory.

The unit measures 239 × 124 × 142 mm (width × depth × height) and has a vacuum hose extension length of 400 mm.
