Standard installation is with the connections facing forward. For flush mounting, the worktop must be at least 10 mm thick, and for thinner worktops a substructure is necessary. The housing must remain accessible for maintenance work.

The unit has a suction power of approximately 10 l/min and a maximum vacuum pressure of -90 kPa, with a maximum power consumption of 24 W.
