This induction hob has 4 zones, including SmartZone functionality that links two zones and controls them as one.

What makes this hob safer to use?

The hob only heats when a pot or pan is placed on the surface and stops heating when it is removed. It also includes keylock, a pan detection system, spillage auto off and a safety time out.

How quickly can it bring water to the boil?

PowerBoost activates a very high heat, bringing liquid to the boil in less than a minute, with PowerBoost available up to 3700W.

Is the hob easy to clean?

Yes. The flat ceramic glass surface stays cooler around cookware, helping to prevent baked-on spills. It just needs a quick wipe after use, and includes anodised detailing for durability.

How is this hob controlled?

Each cook zone is easily controlled with soft-touch electronic Touch&Slide controls. These react immediately when you adjust the temperature and can pair zones to create a large SmartZone.

Is there an accessory for joining two cooktops?

Yes. A joiner kit (Part 534731) is available separately and is required to join two cooktops.
