The oven has 18 functions, including Steam, Sous vide, Air fry, Vent bake, Fan forced with variable steam levels, Grill, Pizza bake, Roast, Slow cook, Steam defrost, Steam proof and Steam clean (oven).

The oven has a total capacity of 55L, with 45L usable capacity and four shelf positions. The removable water tank has a capacity of 1.5L.

The oven has a temperature range of 35°C to 230°C, supporting low–temperature applications such as proofing and Sous vide, through to high–temperature baking, roasting and air frying.

The oven has an A+ energy rating, with energy usage of 0.78kWh per cycle and an in–use energy carbon emissions estimate of 0.2kgCO2e per cycle, based on market–specific energy label data and regional carbon emissions factors.

Included accessories are chromed shelf runners, descale solution (2 sachets, Part 580925), a flat brushed baking tray, grill rack (1 set), large steam dish, perforated large steam dish, roasting dish, step down wire shelf, telescopic sliding runners (1 set) and a wire shelf.

The oven supports Sous vide as one of its steam–only functions and can be paired with a Vacuum Seal Drawer companion product for effortless Sous vide preparation.
