Can this hood be used in both ducted and recirculation modes?

Yes. The hood is suitable for ducted extraction and recirculation. For recirculation operation, a Long–life Clean Air recirculation kit is required as an optional accessory.

What are the minimum installation heights above the hob?

The minimum distance above an electric hob is 430 mm, and the minimum distance above a gas hob is 650 mm.

How is the lighting controlled?

Lighting is activated automatically by opening the glass panel and can also be switched on or off by a quick hand touch on the control panel when the panel is closed. SoftLight technology provides smooth switching and dimmer control, and the light temperature can be adjusted via the Home Connect App.

Are the grease filters easy to clean?

Yes. The hood uses metal grease filters made from washable stainless steel. They are dishwasher–safe, and there is a saturation indicator for the grease filter.

What digital controls and connectivity does the hood offer?

The hood supports Home Connect for operation, monitoring and preference settings via smartphone or tablet, Hob–Hood control with Wi–Fi enabled hobs, voice control via popular voice assistants (where available), configurable Performance Profiles, Favourite button functions and updateable appliance software.

What is the storage capacity on each side of the hood?

The enlarged storage space created by the hood’s T–shaped design offers a maximum capacity of 10 kg on each hood side.

The N 90 Integrated Design Hood D68XET2S0B is a 60 cm built–in cooker hood designed for flush installation in a wall cupboard. Its clear glass black printed panel offers touch control, automatic extraction and LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature. A T–shaped body creates enlarged storage space on each side, while an optimised BLDC motor delivers high performance with low noise. It supports ducted extraction or recirculation and can be controlled via Home Connect.
