The Flex is described as a 100°C boiling-water tap equipped with a flexible pull out hose for hot, cold, chilled filtered and chilled sparkling water. Installation overviews also refer to 108°C filtered water in the system configuration.

The flexible pull out hose makes it very easy to rinse and clean any part of the sink, giving greater reach than a fixed spout.

The tap includes a boiling-water stop so it will not dispense boiling water when the hose is pulled out. It also features a childproof double push-and-turn handle. In the COMBI tank, there is a maximum temperature/pressure relief valve rated at 8 bar.

The COMBI tank operates at 230V with a wattage of 2200W and a capacity of 7 litres. Heating-up time is 20 minutes* with a stand-by power consumption of 10W*, and it has an energy efficiency class A with an annual electricity consumption of 511 kWh/A.

The CUBE tank uses 220–240 V and 100 W. It delivers filtered chilled water at 2,4 litres/min and filtered sparkling water at 2 litres/min, with a chilling time of 30 minutes* and standby consumption of 5 W*. The tank height is 50 cm, width 15,3 cm (22,3 cm including CO₂ cylinder) and depth 27 cm (34 cm including CO₂ cylinder).
