Cooking functions and programmes

The oven provides 25 heating methods, including conventional top & bottom heating, full width grill, half width grill, coolStart, bottom heat, intensive conventional heat, low temperature cooking, keep warm, dehydrate, plate warming, conventional heat gentle, steam, reheating with steam, dough proving, defrost, sous–vide cooking, hot air grilling, warming, 4D hot air and top/bottom heat. A temperature probe and cookControl Plus support precise results.

Steam and water management

Steam cooking is supplied via a tap water connection with a fixed water inlet system, so refilling a separate water tank is not required. Steam boost can be activated to add 3 minutes of intensive steam at the touch of a button. Different steam intensities can be selected: steam level high, steam level middle and steam level low. The location of the water tank is outside the cavity.

Controls and connectivity

Operation is via a TFT–Touchdisplay Pro with touch control and steel trim. The oven includes an electronic clock timer, digital temperature display with proposal, actual temperature display, heating–up indicator and start button. Oven Assistant with Voice Control and WLAN–based Home Connect enable connected use.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning is supported by EcoClean Direct coatings on the ceiling, back panel and side liners, alongside ecoClean and hydrolyse programmes. The full glass inner door and integral cooling fan further aid maintenance and handling. The cavity inner surface is enamel anthracite.

Interior layout and accessories

The 71–litre main cavity offers 5 shelf positions with level independent telescopic rails and one varioClip rail with full extension and Stop function. Standard accessories include 2 grids, a universal pan, a sponge and three steam containers (punched size M, punched size XL and unpunched size M).

Safety and door design

For safety, the appliance features heat reflective glass, a control panel lock, automatic safety switch off, residual heat indicator and a door contact switch. The drop down door has softClose and softOpen mechanisms.
