Can this downdraft hood be used in recirculation mode?

Yes. The hood is suitable for ducted and recirculating operation. For recirculated extraction, a Clean Air Plus recirculation kit is needed as an accessory.

What are the maximum extraction rates?

In ducted operation, the extraction rate according to EN 61591 is up to 519 m³/h in normal use and 833 m³/h on intensive. With the Clean Air Plus recirculation kit in recirculation mode, it reaches 456 m³/h in normal use and 596 m³/h on intensive.

How loud is the hood during operation?

In exhaust air mode, the noise level is 62 dB(A) re 1 pW at maximum normal use and 71 dB(A) re 1 pW on intensive. In recirculation mode with the Clean Air Plus kit, it is 66 dB(A) re 1 pW at maximum normal use and 71 dB(A) re 1 pW on intensive.

Does the hood offer smart control features?

Yes. It supports Home Connect for remote monitoring and control via smartphone or tablet (where available), cookConnect hob-based control, and Voice Control via popular voice assistants (where this service is available).

How easy is it to clean the filters and glass panel?

The hood includes 2 washable stainless steel metal grease filters with saturation indicators for grease and charcoal filters. The filter service button raises filters into a service position for easy removal, and the glass panel can be easily removed and cleaned.
