The hob is mixed, combining three gas zones (including a 2UR dual burner), two induction multizone areas with booster functions, and a central teppanyaki zone. It has cast iron pan stands, automatic electronic ignition, automatic pan detection, residual heat indicators and overheat protection.

There are two thermo-ventilated electric ovens. The main cavity has a net volume of 70 litres (gross 79 l), and the second cavity has a net volume of 63 litres (gross 79 l). Both cavities have 5 shelf positions and easy clean enamel interiors.

The main oven features pyrolytic cleaning cycles that automatically clean the interior. The second oven uses Vapor Clean, which relies on steam to loosen deposits. Both cavities use enamel with a special antacid lining, removable inner glass and tilting grill (where specified) to simplify cleaning.

Circulaire is a hot air cooking method using a fan and circular heating element. It offers no preheat for cook times over 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods simultaneously, less energy consumption and shorter cook times, suitable for all types of food.

Yes. The auxiliary oven has Direct Steam technology, where steam is generated from water placed in a dedicated basin in the cavity. A Direct Steam function lets the user manually add steam by setting the STEAM ON and STEAM OFF positions and loading up to 250 ml of water.

Both ovens are supplied with a chrome shelf with back and side stop, 20 mm and 40 mm deep trays, a grill mesh and total extraction telescopic guide rails. The main oven additionally includes a meat probe. Numerous compatible optional accessories are also available, such as AirFry racks, BBQ plates, griddles and a child lock.
