The SMEG CPV615NR is a 14 cm commercial-height sous-vide vacuum drawer from the Dolce Stil Novo range, designed for precise food preservation and sous-vide preparation. Finished in gloss black Eclipse glass with copper details, it offers touch controls, vacuum in bag and container functions, and a dedicated Chef function. With a 6,5 l capacity, double-phase welding and a safety solenoid valve with anti oil reflux, it is suited to users seeking controlled vacuum performance.
