The SBC4304X has electronic temperature control with a minimum temperature of -28 °C and a maximum temperature of 75 °C. Cold storage functions allow food to be kept between -35 °C and +75 °C according to the selected programme.

How quickly can it cool or deep freeze food?

In Cooling mode it can reduce food temperature from 80/90 °C to 3 °C in less than 90 minutes. Deep Freezing takes food from 0/90 °C to -18 °C in less than 270 minutes, helping extend the average life of food and preserve organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

What is the capacity of the appliance?

The gross volume of the SBC4304X cavity is 34 litres. The capacity indicates the amount of usable space in the oven cavity in litres.
