Which cleaning system does this oven use?

This model uses a pyrolytic cleaning system. Pyrolitic cleaning cycles can be selected as necessary to automatically clean the oven interior. The easy clean enamel cavity also has an antacid lining to reduce grease adhesion.

What cooking functions are available?

There are 10 traditional cooking functions: Static, Fan assisted, Ciculaire, Turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan), ECO, Large grill, Fan grill (large), Base, Fan assisted base and Pizza. Additional functions include Defrost by time, Defrost by weight, Proving, Keep warm, Plate rack/warmer and Sabbath.

Does the oven support smart or automatic cooking?

Yes. The Smart Cooking System allows you to choose the kind and weight of food and the cooking temperature, and then automatically sets other parameters. The oven also has 48 automatic programmes, 64 customisable recipes, multi–step (step) cooking and cooking with a temperature probe.

How does the Triple Fan Technology work?

Triple Fan Technology uses three fans. Two large side fans distribute air around the outer perimeter of the cavity, while a smaller central fan creates a vertical vortex of heat. This combination ensures uniform temperature in the cavity and allows food to be cooked evenly on all five levels, similar to professional kitchens.

Is this oven energy efficient?

The oven is rated A+ for energy efficiency. Energy consumption per cycle in conventional mode is 0.74 kWh, and 1.29 kWh in fan–forced convection. A+ class helps save up to 10% energy compared to class A while maintaining performance.
