Yes, the hob includes control lock/child safety, which locks the programme so it cannot be accidentally changed. It also has protection against accidental start up.

What safety features protect against overheating and spills?

Overheat protection automatically turns off the hob if the control unit overheats. Overfill protection shuts down the hob in the presence of overflow of liquids. There are also automatic switch off functions for overheat and overflow.

Can I limit the power consumption of the hob?
