The Galileo Omnichef cavity with Multitech technology combines steam, microwave and convection cooking. It also offers grill, pizza, steam assist and Sous Vide functions, as well as microwave combinations with grill, circulaire and bottom elements.

Steam is supplied via the automatic Fill&Hide water loading system with a 2 l tank. The loading and unloading tube can be removed and refilled at any time without opening the door, providing continuous steam. Steam range is specified as 20–100%, and there are tank cleaning, water inlet/outlet and descaling functions.

The oven offers a Vapor Clean function using steam to loosen deposits, an easy clean enamel interior with antacid lining to reduce grease adhesion, and a descaling function for the steam tank. Tank cleaning is recommended roughly every 2–3 months, and the product signals when descaling is needed.
