There are 12 cooking functions, including static, fan assisted, Circulaire, turbo (circulaire + bottom + upper + fan), ECO, large grill, base and pizza, as well as steam combinations such as steam + bottom + upper + fan, steam + circulaire + fan, turbo and grill + fan. Additional functions include defrost by time, proving, stone cooking, BBQ, Air-Fry, Sabbath and keep warm.

Pyrolytic cleaning cycles can be selected as necessary to automatically clean the oven interior. During pyrolysis, the door is locked for safety. The enamel interior has a special antacid lining to help keep the cavity clean by reducing grease adhesion.

The oven uses a manual water loading drawer with a 0.8 l tank. Loading is done manually in less than 40 seconds using a special funnel. The steam range is 20–40 %, and there are dedicated functions for tank cleaning, water outlet, water input and descaling to maintain proper operation.

Safety features include controls lock / child safety, door lock during pyrolysis, heating suspended when the door is opened, an air cooling system to ensure safe surface temperatures, a Fresh Touch cool door with quadruple glazing and a tangential cooling system with double cooling duct.

Yes. Cooking with a temperature probe is supported, and a single point temperature probe is included. It is possible to display the temperature detected by the probe and set a target temperature; cooking stops when the core of the dish reaches the desired temperature.
